We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. The safety of our patients, our team and our families continue to be our concern, therefore, it will look a little different in our office.
The Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS) has revised the guidelines for our reopening to mid-May. We are taking extra precautions necessary to limit the exposure of any virus within our office, and we ask that you help us with some changes. Please inform us if you are experiencing a fever, cough, or difficulty in breathing prior to your appointment.
- Upon arrival, please wait in your car until called upon to come in for your appointment. We ask that you wear a mask into the office.
- For your safety, only the scheduled patient will be allowed to come in at a time. Exceptions will be made if deemed necessary.
- Upon entering, we kindly ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided for you.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. Please check your mobile phones and email messages for the latest updates and scheduled appointments. It is more imperative now than ever that we have current contact information for our patients.
